Job Description and Duties:

General Accounting Duties:

• Calculate, verify, and post financial data to maintain accounting and statistical records
• Prepare daily journal entries necessary to complete financial statements and other reports
• Assist with cash flow forecast maintenance
• Bank and credit card statement reconciliation
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and maintain working papers
• Reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring elimination across entities
• Assist with preparation of annual audit information and supporting documents
• Handle special projects, responsibilities and other duties as assigned by Financial Controller

Financial Reporting Duties:

• Prepare consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures for corporate entities

• Complete monthly and quarterly variance analysis to budget and prior periods
