LUSH® Ambassador- Player Development and Loyalty Specialist

LUSH® delivers a unique experience for casino patrons with numerous features and functionality. Patrons are fully engaged with the loyalty platform through the kiosk or mobile application from loyalty enrollment to gift redemption.

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a LUSH Ambassador, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Casino Marketing, player development, offers, and promotions. In this role, you will be the primary representative of our LUSH™ loyalty product suite to our esteemed customers. Working closely with each Casino client, you will actively collaborate on installations, upgrades, and the introduction of new features, ensuring seamless integration with their brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of LUSH®
  • Provide training and solution-based outcomes to marketing groups.
  • Lead Installations from signing of contract to delivery.
  • Become an expert on Casino promotions and offers.
  • Understands player ratings and all aspects of casino loyalty.
  • Directly supports loyalty kiosk(s) and set up of promotions.
  • Training and customer support of the LUSH product suite.
  • Draft enhancement requests and identify product gaps or requests for new features.
  • Drive advocacy and adoption of LUSH products.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Knowledge of Casino Marketing, Player development and Player Club knowledge.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Casino operations (slots, table games, food and beverage, etc.)

Field Support Technician

A successful Field Service Technician candidate can adapt to a variety of work environments and quickly solve problems. Their main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while maintaining equipment, with specific Field Service Technician job duties including:

Positions Available:

  • Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities:

  • Become knowledgeable in Passport services and products
  • Install/Upgrade equipment maintained by the company in various locations
  • Configure hardware and software components after installation
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Test equipment to troubleshoot issues
  • Document installation and repairs
  • Maintain all tools and equipment during service calls
  • Teach clients how to use equipment properly

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Written and verbal communications skills to understand issues customers have and to explain technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem-solving skills to diagnose problems
  • Time management skills to handle appointments efficiently and stay on schedule
  • Attention to detail to spot issues and complete accurate reports relating to repairs
  • 3 years proven experience in project management and software development
  • Proven leadership, decision making, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skill
  • Organizational skills to keep tools and paperwork organized while in the field
  • Computer and technical skills to understand the equipment fully
  • Handy with tools
