Employer provides cash advance and ATM processing services which clients are able to access for a fee. Meet with client's in-house IT management to evaluate their existing hardware and software in order to ensure compatibility with employer's applications within that environment. Develop and maintain Datastream Switch (domestic ATM processing) and Dynamic Currency Conversion (for foreign card transactions). Responsible for deployment of employer's applications within that environment If modifications to software are required modify software to adapt it to needs of specific client or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance within the client's existing platform. Monitor the required modifications including analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of ATM based cash advance systems and TeleCheck check cashing applications. A second aspect is to ensure that systems and networks supporting cash processing systems and other related services is maintained and enhanced to meet current and future needs by integrating current technologies. Evaluate factors such as reporting formats required, cost constraints. Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. Responsible for ensuring that the networks operated in a secure and robust fashion 24/7.
Master's Degree in Information Technology and 1 year experience. In lieu of, will accept a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 5 years of experience, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof. No less than a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 5 years of progressive experience is acceptable.

If modifications to software are required will direct development to in-house programmers to modify software to adapt it to needs of specific client or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance within the existing platforms. Monitor the required modifications including analysis, design, development, and documentation of ATM and computer based cash advance systems to ensure applications and database are compatible. A second aspect is to ensure that systems and databases supporting cash processing systems and other related services is maintained and enhanced to meet current and future needs by integrating current technologies. Evaluate factors such as required reporting formats, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine hardware configuration. Monitor storage and retrieval of data to the database.
