Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the casino industry and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify and meet the needs of our clients and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the casino industry
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify and meet the needs of our clients
- Gather customer feedback and use it to inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new developments, and educate clients on the latest product offerings and features
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Casino Automation Products team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the casino industry or software development sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of casino operations and automation systems is a plus.
