Aeza Graham is a seasoned leader in the casino and gaming industry, bringing over a decade of experience driving operational excellence, scalability, and strategic transformation across Casino Management Systems, loyalty platforms, systems and hardware solutions, and Class II and Class III gaming. As the Vice President of Operations, Aeza leads operational strategy and execution across the organization, ensuring alignment, consistency, and performance as the business grows. In her role, she has established enterprise-wide standards that strengthened delivery discipline, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to entering the gaming technology space, Aeza served 10 years in the United States Air Force, where she developed the disciplined, mission-driven leadership style that continues to shape her approach today. She was also part of the founding team of a nationally recognized staffing firm, gaining firsthand experience building teams from the ground up and aligning talent strategy with operational needs. Aeza holds an MBA and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), combining strong business acumen with operational rigor to navigate complex, highly regulated environments.

Aeza is also an active advocate and visionary for Global Gaming Women, supporting initiatives that advance leadership development, inclusion, and mentorship. Passionate about building resilient, high-performing teams, she is known for leading with integrity, transparency, and purpose.
