Chad Boynak is an accomplished financial executive and leader with 18 years of experience in gaming and hospitality. Chad has held leadership positions in corporate finance and property operations for both multi-location and destination resorts across North America. A results-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing financial performance and enhancing shareholder value. Chad’s strategic thinking, extensive background in gaming, ability to collaborate across functional organizational structures and commitment to customer service is a tremendous asset to Passport.

Prior to joining Passport, Chad served as Chief Financial Officer of Parq Vancouver Resort and Casino located in Vancouver, Canada where he played a key role in the financing, development, opening and operation of the $800 million destination resort. During his tenure at Parq, Chad also served on the Board of the BC Gaming Industry Association as Treasurer. Prior to Parq, Chad served as Director of Finance and New Development before moving into the Chief Financial Officer role at Edgewater Casino. He managed all financial related activities for the property and played a critical role in executing the operational and go-to market strategy resulting in substantial revenue growth and profitability.

Before joining Edgewater Casino and moving to Vancouver, Chad served in a variety of management roles focused on the financing, development and operation of multiple gaming facilities throughout North America for Paragon Gaming based in Las Vegas.

A southern Nevada native, Chad attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance
