With 22 years of hands‑on experience in Player Development and Slot/Casino Marketing, Staci built her reputation on understanding the customer journey at every touchpoint and elevating the way organizations connect with their most valued guests.

Transitioning her expertise into the tech world, she spent six years driving Customer Success excellence in fintech, followed by three years focused on customer success within casino systems. Across every role, Staci brings a unique blend of operational insight, empathy‑driven leadership, and a passion for transforming complex environments into streamlined, customer‑centered operations.

Staci is known for cultivating high‑performing teams rooted in positive communication, accountability, and trust. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering people to grow, contribute boldly, and exceed their own expectations.
